Rules
Of course like everything else there are limitations and rules, Bummer
Captain Leo is licensed to accommodate 6 guests only. All ages are welcome as long as accompanied by an adult. Safety gear onboard for adults and children under 90 lbs. Infant safety gear can be provided by weight upon booking. We do ask that if you are going to bring soft drinks or adult beverages in individual serving sizes that they be in cans. Liquor bottles that will be in possession may be in glass bottles and disposed of properly when empty. A disposal area will be available on the boat. We also ask you to help us protect the integrity of the boat by avoiding putting things in your pockets that might compromise the seating areas. We do not allow fishing from the boat, there are plenty of other guides in the area that will be glad to accommodate you. We do have to abide by Coast Guard Rules for all safety equipment, therefore it will be onboard and readily available. Children 12 years and under will have to wear a life jacket at all times.
